I have spent all my life in exercise sciences and sport coaching.
I always had that feeling that I have to restitute the infinite treasure that I had the chance to learn following my passion. Sport is not only a benefit on health and wellbeing, it is also a great way to share a same passion with different persons all over the world. I do physical exercise one or twice a day, every day of the year, and I did it this way for the last 35 years. I could exercise with so much passion, because the cultural patrimony that has kept alive traditional gymnastic of kata, can takes you into a long journey inside Japanese martial arts, health and preservation.

I do Kata regularly to keep a good spirit and help me remain in good health. The Art of Kata, is a wonderful tool for the body and the mind. There are some really beautiful exercises to be done.
